Bird Conferences

Parque de las Palomas – Old San Juan, Puerto RIco

Seems like even birds of all kinds enjoy conferences/forums in popular vacation spots around the world.

Wailea Beach in Maui

I wonder where the next gathering will be held. HInts, anyone?

  1. Your post title is awesome, and very much love all those birds having some good ole conversations!

    1. haha! So glad you approve. ๐Ÿ˜

  2. Love the gaggle of geese

    1. I do too! ๐Ÿ˜ They seemed very curious of me.

  3. Such great shots. More “what ifs” from God.

    1. Thank you, Anita. ๐Ÿ˜Š

  4. I think the geese stop to rest there for a few days when they migrate.

    1. Must have been an interesting place to live. There is so much to see and experience in the area. ๐Ÿ˜Š

      1. Yes, it was a great place to live! I played tourist the whole 7 years I lived there, hanging out at the Smithsonian, Chinatown, and the Kennedy Center. I earned degrees from two Universities, began my teaching career, got married, and travelled domestically and internationally.

        1. Good for you! Most of us live in one place for far too long without exploring and enjoying what is around us. I realized this when my father-in-law visited us in Texas soon after we got married. He kept asking me all kinds of questions that I did not have an answer for. Learned from that and started exploring and getting information about every place we have lived in since then. ๐Ÿ˜

  5. Conferences are usually tedious affairs, but these look like parties to me. ๐Ÿ˜‰
    Love the peach-faced lovebirds, adorable!

    1. You are so right about that. ๐Ÿ˜‚ The lovebirds had nests right outside the balcony of our hotel. It was so much fun watching them everyday. ๐Ÿ˜Š

  6. Canada Geese used to congregate yearly in a reflecting pool on the national mall between the Capitol and the Lincoln Memorial when I lived in DC. Love the photos, Pepper. <3

    1. I was there once many years ago but must have missed the geese. ๐Ÿ˜”

Thoughtful words accomplish much.
